Refund policy

 

If you are not happy with your order, received the wrong item(s), or the order arrived damaged or with missing pieces, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and request a return.  Upon receipt of your return request, we will send you a return authorization code.  Items sent back without a return authorization code will be turned away.  The returns must be received within 15 days of issuance of return authorization.  Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, unless the customer received damaged items.  We encourage you to use a tracking number as we are not responsible for lost packages.  Please also note that we are not responsible for incorrect mail-to addresses, although will do our best to locate and reroute the package where possible. We do not issue refunds on lost, stolen or missing delivered packages. Returned items must be unused, unopened and in its original packaging, and be in the same condition in which they were received.  Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Upon receiving the returned items, a refund will be processed within 72 hours in the same manor in which the original payment was made, and may take up to an additional 5-7 business days for bank or credit card processing.

We do not accept returns for sale items, gift cards, jewelry, hair accessories, lip gloss, body glitter, and perishable goods such as candy and other edibles. 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
