Shipping policy
Our order processing time for orders are generally 24-48 hours. Occasionally during busy seasons, such as seasonal drops, order fulfillment may take as long as 1week. Orders placed on a Saturday or Sunday will be processed on the following Monday. Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled. We do not issue refunds on lost, stolen or missing delivered packages.

$10.00 Flat Rate Standard Shipping via USPS for orders under $99.99. Orders over $150.00 ship free. Orders ship from Niagara Falls, NY.

For non-USA, international orders, the customer is responsible for any customs, duties and taxes that may be incurred upon receipt of order.
Canadian addressed orders over $150.00 before tax qualify for free Canada Post Standard Shipping.
